NOTE: the last time I sent this (August 6) the mail to admin bounced, because of quota problems. Seems that admin doesn't have time for reading mail. I've been at this for over a month now and it's not even funny anymore. PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS MAIL. --- And it's now July 27. Let's try again. To summarise: I sent this mail on June 30, July 9 and July 17 to combinations of debitorderqueries, admin and even sales @ worldonline.co.za. I have received absolutely no response whatsoever. This is not acceptable. --- This mail was resent on July 9 to both debitorderqueries@worldonline.co.za and admin@worldonline.co.za. I've still had absolutely no reply, so let's hope this attempt (17 July) will be successful. I can be contacted at c.p.botha@its.tudelft.nl, cpbotha@yahoo.com or even cpbotha@worldonline.co.za. --- I sent this mail on June 30 (to debitorderqueries@worldonline.co.za) and received no answer from worldonline. At the very least, please confirm your receipt of this mail. If your mail to c.p.botha@its.tudelft.nl bounces, it's most probably being rejected by our network due to the amount of spam that originates from your networks. In this case, try sending to cpbotha@yahoo.com. --- Dear Sir/Madam, I just noticed that R899 was debited by worldonline from my account on 1 June. I assume that this is for the period: 25-Mar-2001 to 24-Mar-2002, account cpbotha@worldonline.co.za I have two questions: 1. I actually forgot to cancel my subscribtion after the first year. Is there any way that I can "transfer" this year's subscription to anyone else? I'm assuming that there's no way I can get a refund... (I've been in the Netherlands, and thus not able to use my account with WO, since September 2000). 2. How do I make sure that my subscription is cancelled after this year? I do NOT want to continue this subscription as I do not have much use for it.
